Terms of Service
Last updated July 22, 2026
The service
MaxHabits (habits.maxhuman.ai and the MaxHabits iOS app) lets you browse the publicly documented routines of well-known figures, build your own routine, track habits, and share progress with others. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Not medical advice
Routines and habits shown on MaxHabits, including those attributed to public figures, are compiled from public sources for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, health, or nutritional advice, and no figure shown endorses MaxHabits. Consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use MaxHabits.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create (habits, comments, photos). You grant us a license to host and display it as needed to run the service, including on your public profile if it is set to public. Do not post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringes others' rights; content is screened and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Acceptable use
No scraping at scale, reverse engineering, abusing the API, impersonating others, or interfering with the service. We may rate-limit, restrict, or terminate access to protect the service and its users.
Availability and changes
MaxHabits is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (currently zero, the service is free).
Termination
You can stop using MaxHabits at any time and request account deletion via max@maxhuman.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
